Florida Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis says McCree created fraudulent invoices listing All Smiles Dental in Jacksonville. According to records from All Smiles Dental, McCree was not nor had ever been a patient at that dental practice.

Marlon McCree is accused of insurance fraud totaling $78,000. He was drafted by the Jaguars and played for several teams during his nine-year NFL career.
