CFO Jimmy Patronis Launches First Statewide Ad
Gov. Scott Says When CFO is Told a Problem, “He’s Going to Be There”

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.– Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jimmy Patronis has launched his first statewide digital ad of 2018, titled “First Responders.” The ad features testimony from Megan Vila, who tragically lost her brother, a firefighter, who died by suicide, Captain Ricardo Vila, and PTSD advocate Deborah Ortiz, all describing CFO and State Fire Marshal Patronis’ leadership in passing SB 376, Mental Health Benefits for First Responders.

The ad concludes with Governor Rick Scott saying, “Jimmy Patronis is the individual that we all admire—that you tell him a problem; he’s going to be there.”
